Overview: A young boy falls asleep while reading and his mind goes on an adventurous dream. Chess pieces turn into people, dragons come alive, and castles are magically built. The vibrant illustrations help readers use their imaginations and the fact that there are no words lets them make their own opinions of how the story goes. It shows that anything is possible when you use your imagination.

Activity: Have the students write the words to go along with the story. They can form their own opinions on how it should go and write a sentence or two for each page.
